Here’s How to Get Your Copy Day Started

1. Book Your Day

Check my calendar for the next available VIP day. If it suits your schedule, go ahead, book and pay to secure your spot. As soon as payment is made, you’ll then get the pre-work questionnaire which needs to be completed at least 2 days before the day.

2. Let’s Meet (Virtually)

We meet on Zoom for a 30-60-minute call before or at the start of the VIP day, whichever is easiest for you. We go over your offer, your target audience, and why you’re the perfect person to deliver this offer.

3. I get to work

I get started on the copy for your conversion-focused offer. I’ll review your info, write, edit, clarify, and polish your copy to convert.

4. You get the end result

At the end of the day or by 9:00 a.m. EST the next day, you’ll get your freshly polished copy (and wireframe where applicable) in your inbox ready to upload.

5. 1 Round of Edits

Review and request edits to the copy within 3 days. These edits are small tweaks to the copy and do not include rewriting large sections of the content or change of messaging.

Who is this for?

If you’re an online service provider with a clearly defined offer, an email list, and want to get a mini sales page, a set of emails, or opt-in copy assets ready.

How does this work?

Once you place your order, you’ll be directed to complete a questionnaire. Once completed, we hop on a kick-off call, I get to work, and you get your copy in 4 days post kick-off call.

When do I get the copy questionnaire?

You’ll get the briefing questionnaire as soon as we make things official (check-out complete). I’ll need the completed questionnaire and any supporting documents before our kick-off call and VIP Day starts.

What if I need multiple pieces of copy for different aspects of my launch, e.g., opt-in page, webinar email sequence?

What's the investment?

Currently, VIP Days are $1,475. We can discuss a package if you need multiple days.

Do I need to be present all day for the VIP Day?

Not at all. Just as much as needed to complete the questionnaire, send the supporting documents, and join me for a 1-hour kick-off call. That ensures I have everything needed to work on your copy.

Who writes the copy?

Little old me – your copy closer. I’m using strategies learned from writing over hundreds of conversion copy assets paired with trainings on conversion copywriting from Copyhackers, the original conversion copywriters and other leading copywriters in the space.

So, no, I’m not using some AI tool to put together a poorly written sales page without heart. And no, I’m not passing it on to someone else.

That’s why I can only offer 3-4 of these packages monthly. Otherwise, quality would suffer and I would be fried.

Do you offer edits?

Yes, you’ll get 1 round of revisions (which does not include change of scope, change of messaging, or rewriting large sections of the copy) if you submit your comments within 3 days of receiving the copy.

Do you handle the design and implementation?

No, this is just for the content/copy based on what you choose. You do get a wireframe for the sales/landing pages to assist with design.

What if I don’t like the final copy? Can I get a refund?

Copywriting is a creative endeavor and therefore, there are no refunds. But you’ll get 1 round of light edits. And I’m accessible via email for 5 days for questions you might have.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to complete and submit the required questionnaire and supporting documents within 3 days of making purchase or before the VIP day, whichever is earliest. The 1-day turnaround starts after YvetteJ Writing receives the completed questionnaire, payment, supporting documents, and kick-off call held (the latter optional).
