  • Determine the pain-points of the ideal audience so that the copy can be targeted/hyper-focused
  • Research customers and competitors so that there is a firm grasp of the complete market to support the copy
  • Analyze capabilities in keeping with what the competitors offer, what the clients need, and how my client differs to position the offer
  • Watch the words/phrases/terms used by the audience and weigh the pros and cons of incorporating same in copy based on my client’s brand requirements/voice

  • Test and revise based on results after implementation (optional)

Step 1. Copy Q's

Complete a deep dive copy questionnaire so I can understand your business and target audience. This can be done on our copy kick-off call or prior.

Step 2. Strategy Hour

We’ll have a kick-off call/strategy hour so we can agree on the direction of the copy and the copy brief.

Step 3. Research

I’ll dive into customer and competitor research. Where agreed, I’ll also interview your clients as part of the research process.

Step 4. Copy Crafting

I get to copywriting – the words that’ll help make you money. Then I’ll submit the completed copy with wireframe and video walkthrough (based on the project).

Step 5. Review & Launch

We review together, make edits, and you’re good to launch. I’ll check in to ensure everything goes well and how we can optimize going forward.

Who do you work with?

I work with coaches, consultants, founders, and online service providers. I have also worked with SaaS and ecommerce brands who need high-converting copy.

Why should I work with you?

What sets me apart is the process for researching and writing copy that feels like you, speaks to your audience, and connects with them on an emotional level. That’s my superpower. Who writes the copy?

Little old me. I’m using strategies learned from writing over hundreds of copy assets (emails, pages, etc.) paired with trainings on sales page and email copy, funnel and launch copy and strategy from Copyhackers, the original conversion copywriters. So, no, I’m not using some AI tool to put together a poorly written sales page without heart. And no, I’m not passing it on to someone else. That’s why I can only offer a limited number of packages each month. Otherwise, quality would suffer, and I would be fried.

Do you offer edits?

Yes, most copywriting services have at least 1 round of revision. This revision process does not include change of scope, change of messaging, or rewriting large sections of the copy. We limit the need for extensive edits through the copy questionnaire, kick-off and strategy call.

Do you only write sales or launch copy?

While I do focus on funnel copywriting for sales pages and email sequences, that is not the only copy services I offer. I also do a lot of work on website copy and landing pages. Check out my copywriting services page or send me a message and I’ll let you know if what you need done is in my area of expertise.

What if I need multiple pieces of copy for different aspects of my launch, e.g., opt-in page, webinar, email sequence?

Then let’s talk. We can develop a strategy and a custom package to cover what you need done for your launch or other copywriting needs.

Do you offer guarantees on your copy?

Guaranteeing marketing copy is a recipe for disaster as there are several variables at play. What I can promise is that I do the background work to make sure your copy has the best chance to convert and can follow-up to optimize once you launch.

What if I don’t like the final copy? Can I get a refund?

Copywriting is a creative endeavor and therefore, there are no refunds outside of what’s allowed on my refund policy. But you’ll get at minimum 1 round of revisions. And our Post Submission Q&A ensures you get answers to any questions you might have.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms depend on the specific service. For Quick Start and VIP copy projects, those fees are due in full before the start of the project. Other projects may be 50% at start with the balance at specific milestones. Retainer projects are due in full at the start of each month.
